Transcriptomic, Proteomic and Metabolomic studies on the interaction pathogen-host, between grapevine (Vitis spp.) and fungi involved in some of the its main trunk diseases: Phomopsis spp. (cane and leaf spot), Eutypa lata (Eutypa dieback), and Botryosphaeria parva (canker disease).

Lectins and legume seed storage proteins.

Plant heat shock proteins, with particular reference to the heat shock granules and the ubiquitin/proteasome pathway.
